Hiroshima City Yokogawa Historical Panel English Version
We have responded to a request from the Yokogawa Shopping Street (Hiroshima City) to create an English translation of the historical panel at the south exit of JR Yokogawa Station.
As it is a historical panel, the Japanese text is quite complex. In particular, I paid attention to proper nouns and their meanings, aiming to use expressions that are as understandable as possible for English-speaking viewers. For content that may be difficult to understand, I added annotations and made other considerations.
